A low frequency stimulator and a stimulating method thereof are provided to maximize treatment effect by changing frequency pulses according to musical data or an audio signal. The low frequency stimulator includes an input portion(30) for receiving a musical signal, a D/A converter(31) and a controller(24). The D/A converter converts a musical data signal input from the input portion(30) to an analog signal. The controller(24) receives and calculates an output signal of the D/A converter and controls the output of the oscillating portion(22) of the low frequency stimulator.
