Provided is a biaxially oriented polyethylene naphthalate film, which has improved heat resistance, dimensional stability and processing stability even under high temperature and severe conditions. The biaxially oriented polyethylene naphthalate film has a refractive index along the thickness direction of 1.49-1.54, heat shrinkage at 150 deg.C for 30 minutes of between -1% and 1%, and a crystallization degree of 30%-60%. The biaxially oriented polyethylene naphthalate film is for use in a semiconductor manufacturing process, particularly in supporting and processing thin film type semiconductors.
