1. A device comprising:
an internal circuit; a first terminal supplied with a first voltage; a first power-supply line coupled between the first terminal and the internal circuit; a potential monitoring terminal configured to supply a monitored potential to outside the device when the device is in a test mode in response to a received test mode signal; a first switch coupled between the first power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal; a second terminal supplied with a second voltage different from the first voltage; a second power-supply line coupled between the second terminal and the internal circuit; a second switch coupled between the second power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal; wherein: the first power-supply line includes a first node and a third node apart from the first node, the second power-supply line includes a second node and a fourth node apart from the, third node, the first switch is coupled between the first node of the first power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal, and the second switch is coupled between the second node of the second power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal, the device further comprises: a third switch coupled between the third node of the first power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal; and a fourth switch coupled between the fourth node of the second power-supply line and the potential monitoring terminal. |
