<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling apparatus effective for improving the quality and cleanliness of noodles by completely draining water during the pull-up and transporting operation of the noodle. <P>SOLUTION: Noodles are boiled, washed with water and cooled by the noodle boiling apparatus. The boiled, washed and cooled noodles are pulled up and transported to the next step by holding the noodles in a draining bucket attached to a pull-up transportation means.
