<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage an encryption key and encrypted digitized journal data and prevent repositioning of the digitized journal data by mounting an electronic storage media in which the encryption key is written to an automatic transaction device, and causing the digitized journal data encrypted using the encryption key to be stored in the electronic storage media. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes an operating terminal 11 for creating an encryption key and a decryption key and for writing the encryption key into a removable electronic storage media 14; an encryption key management database 12 for storing and managing the encryption key and the decryption key; and an automatic transaction device 13 for creating digitized journal data through the digitization of journal data and encrypting the digitized journal data by use of the encryption key read from the electronic storage media 14 to store the data in the electronic storage media 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
