<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking management system which improves provision of services and safety by realizing high efficiency of cooking activities which have been depending upon experience and intuition. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking management system for managing cooking of foods is provided with a kitchen management server 1 and kitchen appliances provided so as to be able to communicate with the kitchen management server 1, and the kitchen management server 1 holds data related to prescribed cooking menus, kitchen appliances, workers, and preserved foods and forecasts required foods and kitchen appliances on the basis of menus requiring cooking and the held data and outputs data related to giving an order for foods, recipes, operations of kitchen appliances, and assignment of workers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
