<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distant metastasis inhibitor of a cancer cell, inhibiting the distant metastasis of the cancer cell by preventing a vascular endothelial cell from being destroyed even if the reduction of the oxygen partial pressure in the blood is caused by the formation of microthrombus to reduce the probability of death by the cancer during radiotherapy. <P>SOLUTION: The distant metastasis inhibitor of the cancer cell contains nattokinase as an active ingredient. The nattokinase produced by various kinds of methods can be used as the nattokinase. Especially, a Bacillus natto-fermented nattokinase-containing material (roughly purified product: nattokinase compound) comprising a solid component obtained by separating a solid component from a Bacillus natto-fermented product obtained by fermenting the Bacillus natto by using soybeans as a medium, by using a ultrafiltration membrane, concentrating the separated product, and drying the concentrated product, and a purified nattokinase (nattokinase fraction) obtained by separating and purifying the natto-fermented nattokinase-containing material by allowing an ion-exchanging resin to absorb the material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
