<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide card-usage transaction processing technology that can minimize monetary damage by preventing a third person who steals a card etc., from using it in unauthorized manner, without uniformly going through a special authentication procedure, and that will not spoil the user's convenience. <P>SOLUTION: The card-usage transaction processing system 100 connected to card-using terminals 10, 11, ..., via a communication network N and having a transaction processing part 162, is provided with: a customer DB 130, which stores identification numbers and transaction limitation information on card-using terminals for each store; a identification number deciding part 152 which decides the identification numbers; a transaction limitation deciding part 153 which decides whether transaction requests from the card-using terminals 10, 11, ..., are for transactions limited by the transaction limitated information; a transaction limitating part 163 which limits the processing of the transaction processing part 162 according to the decision results of the identification number deciding part 152 and transaction limitation deciding part 153; and a transaction permitting part 161 which permits the transaction processing part 162 to perform processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
