The method involves defining parameters associated with computer resources, and defining utilization constraints for the resources. The constraints lead to creation of access services at resources of a computing grid. The parameters include economic parameters, and performance parameters. Tasks are submitted on the grid through services suitable to the requirement of tasks and are executed on the grid. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementing a computer resources management method.
