<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for securely holding a pipe not to be misaligned from the holder, without charging the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The holder for holding the pipe comprises a body part 10 and a lid part 20 turnably connected to each other via a hinge part 30. Each of the body part and the lid part has a curved wall portion 12 forming a pipe storage portion 13 which receives the pipe and is formed of a conductive hard resin material. The inner wall face of the curved wall portion of at least one of the body part and the lid part and part of the cross end following the inner wall face are covered with a soft member formed of a soft resin material and a space portion following part of the cross end is filled with the soft member. The soft member continuously extends from the inner wall face through the cross end to the space portion. The soft member of at least one of the body part and the lid part can be formed of a conductive resin.
