FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in pipeline valves gate unit sealing surfaces processing. Multi-disc grinding tool head comprises plate with working discs uniformly arranged along circumference kinematically connected with drive. Provided is wedge-shaped housing, on which sliding supports with conical gear wheels are attached. On latter by means of screws, spherical hollow support, strutted by faceplate feed spring, and brass locking washer two faceplates are fitted made with possibility of forced rotation from gear shaft. Said shaft is installed in connecting plate and guide, “based” by studs due to feed springs. On faceplates at least six working discs with abrasive cloths are installed by means of bearings.EFFECT: result is increasing pipeline valves seals processing quality and efficiency.1 cl, 3 dwg |
