FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hinge and such hinge making method. Hinge comprises rigid part and flexible part, intended for bending relative to rigid part permanently connected to each other with possibility of rotation. At that, rigid part comprises substrate made of rigid composite material, and flexible part comprises first flexible sheet, which first part is partially attached to substrate using first layer of resin, and second flexible sheet partially attached using second layer of resin, both to first flexible sheet first part, and to first flexible sheet second part, which is not attached to substrate.EFFECT: invention enables durable and multifunctional hinge with flexible part, having flexural rigidity varying in function of distance from rigid part, which has distinct phases contact surface between rigid and flexible parts and can be made in quick and easy way.24 cl, 8 dwg |
