<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus with high convenience whereby a user can freely designate the propriety of a printout of received documents while the user confirms senders of the stored received documents. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with a received document output control means that outputs a received document management list including at least sender identification information stored in a received document management means corresponding to received document data of each item when the number of storage items of received document data in a received document storage means reaches a prescribed number of items, reads selected received document data from the received document storage means when any of the received document data stored in the received document storage means is selected in response to a prescribed selection operation entry, and prints out the data by a document output means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
