<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable arranging implement which holds various types of cables properly in a simple manner. <P>SOLUTION: The cable arranging implement comprises two side face members 2a, 2b which are arranged at both sides of a rack on which an electric device is fixed, in counter to each other across a given gap; and cable fixing members 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d which are set between the side face members 2a, 2b to fix cables connected to the electric device.
