The invention relates to medicine and can be used in cardiology, anesthesiology and reanimation, gynecology and endocrinology. The inventive medicinal preparation, which is used for jugulating a systemic inflammatory response syndrome, comprises a cytokine hyperproduction inhibitor in the form of purine or the derivative thereof and an ADP ribosylation regulator in the form of a diphosphopyridine nucleotide. In the preferred embodiment, the purine derivative is embodied in the form of inosine. Said medicinal preparation can also contain an antibiotic, preferably gentamicine or angiotensin-converting enzyme, preferably lisinopril or a cardiac glycoside, preferably digoxin, when necessary in combination with bioflavonoid and L-acetylcarnitine. Said medicinal preparation can be embodied in the form of tablets or injections. The medicinal preparation exhibits the capacity of jugulating a systemic inflammatory response syndrome independently of the aetiology thereof and makes it possible to obtain an expressed and stable short-term therapeutic effect . |
