FLEXIBLE DISPLAY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible display in which a plastic substrate is protected, a thermal treatment process for forming a polysilicon layer can be sufficiently performed, and a polysilicon layer having a good surface and excellent properties can be formed due to reflection or absorption of a laser light by the protective layer and consequently, the performance and durability of the flexible display are greatly improved, and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The flexible display including the plastic substrate and the protective layer formed on the plastic substrate and its manufacturing method are provided.
