<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of a printed last line in a bankbook handling device capable of printing in multicolor. <P>SOLUTION: A color printer is built in the bankbook handling device performing entry to a bankbook so that multicolor printing can be carried out. Print color can be specified by a financial institution or a client individually. The bankbook handling device performs entry to a bankbook with a specified color but prints only the data column with black for the last line LL. Since entry to a region A being scanned by an optical sensor in order to detect the printed last line can be performed with a color having high sensor sensitivity, detection accuracy of the last line can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
