An alkyl ether derivative of formula (I) or its salts, wherein each of R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, represents one or more groups selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1- 12alkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, indanyl, indenyl, ar-C1-6alkyl, C1-12alkoxy, phenyloxy, naphthyloxy, indanyloxy, indenyloxy, C1-12alkylthio, phenylthio, naphthylthio, indanylthio, indenylthio, C2-12alkenyl, C2-12alkenyloxy, amino, C1- 12alkylsulfonyl, phenylsulfonyl, toluenesulfonyl, naphthylsulfonyl, carbamoyl or heterocyclic group, a protected or unprotected amino, hydroxyl or carboxyl group, a nitro group, and an oxo group; R3 is a substituted or unsubstituted mono- or di-C1-6alkylamino group, or a protected or unprotected amino or hydroxyl group; the ring A is a 5-membered or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring or a benzene ring; each of m and n is an integer of 1 to 6; and p is an integer of 1 to 3; wherein the substituent of each of the C1-12alkyl group, phenyl group, naphthyl group, indanyl group, indenyl group, ar- C1-6alkyl group, C1-12alkoxy group, phenyloxy group, naphthyloxy group, indanyloxy group, indenyloxy group, C1- 12alkylthio group, phenylthio group, naphthylthio group, indanylthio group, indenylthio group, C2-12alkenyl group, C2- 12alkenyloxy group, amino group, C1-12alkylsulfonyl group, phenylsulfonyl group, toluenesulfonyl group, naphthylsulfonyl group, carbamoyl group and heterocyclic group for each of R1 and R2 and the mono- or di-C1- 6alkylamino group for R3, there are selected from halogen atoms, C1-6alkyl groups, cycloalkyl groups, phenyl groups, naphthyl groups, indanyl groups, indenyl groups, C1-6alkoxy groups, phenyloxy groups, naphthyloxy groups, indanyloxy groups, indenyloxy groups, C1-6alkylthio groups, phenylthio groups, naphthylthio groups, indanylthio groups, indenylthio groups, C2-6alkenyl groups, C1-6alkylsulfonyl groups, phenylsulfonyl groups, toluenesulfonyl groups, naphthylsulfonyl groups, mono- or di-C1-6alkylamino groups, protected or unprotected amino groups, protected or unprotected hydroxyl groups, protected or unprotected carboxyl groups, acyl groups and heterocyclic groups.
