The system has receiver with antenna of the system of global positioning, monitoring system, this is formed with controller with storing unit, analogous, digital or pulse inputs of this one are respectively connected to the outputs of the pressure and temperature indicators, connected to the switches of the heating system torch firing, pump, boiler of the upper equipment and the switchers of the unit and / or the apparatus. The control system has as well information block as a complex of automated working places, one of those is equipped with channel for information support and equipped with respective software.
