DOUBLE-ROLL TOOTHED CRUSHER

Two-roll toothed crusher includes the frame with the bearing supports, in which in parallel two shafts are mounted, which turn around towards each other, the bandage with the teeth is fixed on each of them with the help of fastening elements. The teeth are formed by grooves drilled at an angle to the transverse axis of bandage. Each of grooves in cross section is outlined by circular arc from the center located on the pitch circle, diameter of which is greater than the diameter of bandage, which has near the ends a smooth surface. The depth of groove makes 0.4-0.5 of tooth width. The elements fastening the bandage to the roll from each of sides are executed in the form of two conic rings mounted into each other.
