The proposed piezomagnetic tachometer contains a rotor with a permanent magnet, a stator with a disk plate made of magnetic material, which faces the rotor, a piezoelectric element with two electrodes, which is fixed to the plate, an amplifier for the output signal of the piezoelectric element, and a pulse counter. The thickness hm and diameter dm of the plate, the thickness hp and diameter dp of the piezoelectric element correspond to the following conditions: 0.25 < hm/hp < 0.6; 0.4 < dp/dm < 0.7.
