<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a prescribed countervalue according to functional execution using acquired contents in a user terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: Application information of the functional execution is transmitted to the prescribed server device connected through the communication network according to an execution instruction of the prescribed function using the acquired contents in the user terminal device. The server device performs a process charging the countervalue according to the performed functional execution based on the application information on the received functional execution, and transmits authorization information of the functional execution using the acquired contents to the user terminal device when the charging is effectively performed. When the user terminal device receives the authorization information of the functional execution from the server device, it performs the prescribed function according to the authorization information of the received functional execution.
