MEASURING VALUE ESTIMATING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring value estimating method which enables the estimation of a measuring value determined after stabilization from a measuring value before stabilization.

SOLUTION: A plurality of different samples with known target characteristic values are respectively measured with the elapse of time and the relation between the maximum value of the differential values and the characteristic values of the samples is represented by a numerical formula and the characteristic values of each of the samples is estimated from the measured maximum differential value of a predetermined sample.
