<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus by which appropriate treatments can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: This treatment apparatus 2 is provided with forceps 4 which are opened or closed to hold a subject to be treated, and an operating section 66 which performs treatments to the held subject, while supplied with energy provided to the forceps, a forceps state detecting means 72 which detects information on forceps states in their picking up operations, and a control device 10 which controls the energy supply to the operating section 66 from the forceps state information detected by the forceps state detecting means 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
