<p>The first detector with a sensitive element (2) is for a first wavelength range and the second detector (30) is for a second wavelength range. The first detector is placed inside a protection casing (8), and at least one upper wall of the protection casing comprises the second detector. The detectors are not cooled. The protection casing (8) comprises a base constituted of an electronic processing circuit (3) where the first detector is mounted by support elements (5) which are also elements for electrical connection between the first detector and/or the second detector and the electronic processing circuit. The wavelengths of the first range are above the wavelengths of the second range. The first wavelengths range is an infrared (IR), and the second wavelengths range is in visible, ultraviolet (UV), or X-ray part of spectrum. The first detector is a bolometer, a thermocouple, or a diode. The second detector is a photovoltaic detector, a photodiode, or a phototransistor. The photodiode is of type p-i-n or n-i-p and forms a cover of the protection casing.</p> |
