The method involves estimating propagation channel and power for base stations located in a measurement point. A reception filter implemented by a mobile located at the point is estimated for each base station. An interference factor associated with the mobile is deduced using the channel for slots and configurations of a mobile antenna to estimate signal to noise ratio. The factor value is compared with a threshold value for network services.
