PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a knock type writing utensil having printing or accessories applied to the outside thereof but printing peels off or accessories become an obstacle. SOLUTION: In the knock type writing utensil comprises a shaft cylinder 1 at least transparent or translucent partially, refills 2 and 15 provided so as to be slidable in the shaft cylinder 1 and a take in and out mechanism for taking in and out the writing bodies of the refills from the opening provided to the leading end of the shaft cylinder by a knock means 12, an O-ring-shaped lower stopper 6 is provided to the refills and display bodies 7 and 8 are loosely fitted to the refills on a lower stopper in a slidable manner. The refills are moved by the elastic force of the return spring 3 constituting the take in and out mechanism to move a display body up and down along the refills. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO.
