Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition or nutritional solid composition of spores of non-pathogenic bacteria of the Bacillus genus, adsorbed onto a matrix made up of at least one water-insoluble adsorbent and a cellulose derivative, which composition is obtained by mixing a suspension of said spores in an air-fluidized bed.
