<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer in which the internal temperature elevated by heat generated from a transformer, or the like, is lowered efficiently and suction and exhaust directions can be altered easily depending on the environment of installation place of the printer. <P>SOLUTION: The printer encasing a print mechanism section 3 having a section for printing on a sheet, and a mechanism control section 4 having a power supply unit 30 and a control board 31 in a housing 2 is further provided with a plurality of sucking sections 37 and exhausting sections 38 provided in the housing 2 on the mechanism control section 4 side, and a motor fan 30 for exhausting air in the mechanism control section 4 from the sucking section 37 and exhausting section 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
