<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of controlling a gain of an amplifier in a way of reflecting the effect of a transmission path characteristic on the gain. <P>SOLUTION: An amplifier section 60 amplifies an input signal 200 on the basis of a gain coefficient 216 and outputs an amplified result as an amplified signal 208. An AD conversion section 58 applies AD conversion to the amplified signal 208 and outputs a result of the AD conversion as a digital signal 202. A target value introduction section 64 receives delay profile data 212, introduces a target value on the basis of the delay profile data 212, and provides an output of the introduced target value as a target value 214 to a gain introduction section 62. The gain introduction section 62 introduces the gain coefficient 216 depending on a difference between the strength of the digital signal 202 and the target value 214 and feeds back the gain coefficient 216 to the amplifier section 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
