<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide candidates of treatments/prescriptions to a physician on the basis of the names of diseases inputted by the physician to an electronic medical chart and a medical history such as a patient's chronic disease. <P>SOLUTION: This computer executable program that is made to function as an electronic medical chart input support server for supporting a physician in providing inputs to an electronic medical chart causes a computer to function as: a candidate list creation means for creating a list of treatment/prescription candidates showing a list of candidates of treatments and prescriptions, by searching a correspondence table where treatments and prescriptions are managed, while using as combination keys the names of diseases that the physician has inputted to the electronic medical chart and the names of accidents and sicknesses showing the patient's medical history; a candidate list display means for displaying the list of treatment/prescription candidates via a network to the physician's terminal that the physician is using; and a determination information acquisition means for acquiring determined treatment/prescription information showing the treatment and prescription determined by the physician. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
