PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect/update personally related information by making questions about such information.

SOLUTION: A card member performs connection to an information processing system 10 by using terminals 91 to 93. The information processing system 10 provides a service to the card member. Also, the information processing system 10 selects a proper question related with the member related information when proving the service, and transmits it to the (terminal of the) card member. When the card member transmits the answer, the information processing system 10 receives it, and updates the member related information of the card member.
