<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technology to support the conclusion of a contract to maximize real gross income by contrasting the contents of a rebate contract with result data. <P>SOLUTION: This rebate management system is provided with a contract ledger DB group 25 in which attribute information constituted of at least the target merchandise, contract period and rebate generation conditions of each rebate contract is registered so as to be associated with unique contract ID, a result DB group 28 and fare adjustment relevant DB group 27 in which result data including at least procurement results, sales result, inventory results and rebate generation results related with the target merchandise of each rebate contract are registered, a means which detects the rebate contract being the target of contract renewal by referring to the contract period of each rebate contract, a means which extracts the rebate generation conditions of the rebate contract and the result data related with the rebate contract, and generates a business negotiation document 60 for contract renewal where they are described and a means which outputs the document 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
