<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an electronic device capable of reducing the manufacturing cost, by reducing the number or the cost of components used in a fixing structure for electronic components, such as a pressure sensor and a water detecting terminal which are fixed to a case body. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device 200 is equipped with case bodies 201, 202 and 204; a first electronic component 221 and a second electronic component 231, each of which is fixed to the case body so as to face the outside of the case body from the inside of the case body; and a conductive member 234 which is disposed inside the case body so as to be in conductive connection with the second electronic component.
