A manual dispenser for stretch wrap material and having a dispenser bod y, a handle on the dispenser body' and, a roll carrier extending from the dispenser body for receiving a roll of stretch wrap material and being rotatable so as to permit controlled unwinding of the stretch wrap material from the roll.
