<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract effective sales procedures on the basis of history information related to the past sales, and to provide the sales procedure to a person in charge of sales in order to display a sales support AP screen at the display device of a sales terminal in the proper order, and to perform sales by validly using the sales support application, and to connect the sales results in a window with conclusion. <P>SOLUTION: This sales navigation system comprises a sales support information providing server for transmitting a sales support information screen corresponding to a request signal received from a sales terminal to the sales terminal, a sales navigation server for transmitting the transaction procedure to the sales terminal, and for acquiring the screen transition history of the sales support information screen, a sales history database for storing the screen transition history and a sales analyzing server for extracting the most effective screen transition history by analyzing the sales result, and for registering it in a sales navigation database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
