<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine, in case that a clocked time is incorrect or the like, whether this is resulted from no acquisition of a standard time or from cut of the link between devices. <P>SOLUTION: The clocking device 11 receives a time standard radio wave or time correction information from a host device which received the time standard radio wave, corrects the time data of the own device on the basis of the received time standard radio wave or time correction information.
