<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melanogenesis inhibitor presenting excellent effect which can not be attained by single one at a low cost by combining bleaching and beautifying materials having different action mechanisms. <P>SOLUTION: The bleaching and beautifying agent is prepared by combining Kwangtung Daucus carota or its extract with vitamin C and expresses increased bleaching and beautifying actions of the both ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
