<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator having high drive efficiency (transfer efficiency of driving force). <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator 5 comprises an oscillator 50 having an oscillation member and a piezoelectric element 52 secured thereto, and moves a mover through oscillation of the piezoelectric element 52. The oscillator 50 section has a part circulating along a predetermined track through oscillation of the piezoelectric element 52, and comprises an output section consisting of a protrusion 516 provided at the circulating section and protruding in the direction of rotational axis thereof, and a driven section provided rotatably while having a part engaging with the output section and being transmitted with a driving force for rotation from the output section through the engaging part as the output section circulates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
