<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Tangle Shochu, requiring scarecely equipment investment and capable of producing the Tangle Shochu within a short term at a low cost, and to provide the Tangle Shochu. <P>SOLUTION: The Tangle Shochu is obtained by putting a Shochu 3 and dried and slit tangles 2 into a vessel 4 to elute flavor ingredients of the tangles 2 in the Shochu 3 by holding for a predetermined term at normal temperature. The tangles 2 are cut at almost right angle in the longitudinal direction of the tangle and put into a glass bottle filled with a commercial Shochu of 25-35% alcohol concentration. Thereby, a Shochu bottle can be used as the production vessel 4, thus the economical method for producing Tangle Shochu is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
