<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance management device improving the management efficiency of maintenance service of facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The facility maintenance management device is provided with an inspection cycle storage means for storing the inspection cycle of each facility constitutive item included in the facilities; a schedule display means for displaying an inspection schedule corresponding to the facility constitutive items in the facilities, on a display part; an information receiving means for receiving the input of the facility constitutive items and first inspection information of the facility constitutive items; and an inspection time computing means for reading the inspection cycles of the facility constitutive items received from the inspection cycle storage means and computing the inspection time after the first inspection time based on the facility constitutive items and inspection cycles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
