The proposed device for controlling a three-phase alternating-current motor contains a power-line filter, a detector of phase short circuit to ground, a rectifier, a three-phase frequency converter with a direct-current section, and a current transducer at the output of the rectifier of the direct-current section. The detector of phase short circuit to ground is based on a multiwinding transformer. The starts of the primary windings of the transformer are connected to the outputs of the power-line filter, and the ends are connected to the input of the rectifier. The terminals of the secondary winding of the transformer are connected to the corresponding input terminals of diode bridge circuit. The negative terminal of the bridge circuit is connected to the common point of the circuit of the proposed device, and the positive terminal is connected to the inhibiting input of the control circuit of the frequency converter. The detector of phase short circuit to ground can be used as the inductance coil of the power-line filter.
