PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information with the same project even if each member individually constitutes a member having to share the information related to the project.

SOLUTION: This project management server 1 has: a registration means 11 for registering identification information about a user of a request destination in a user project information storage means 172c, registering the identification information about the user of the request destination in a project member information storage means 172d with the user of the request destination as a main user of a user of a request source, and registering identification about the user of the request source in the project member information storage means with the user of the request source as a main user of the user of the request destination; a participation authentication means 11 for authenticating whether the user participates in the project or not; a retrieval means 11 for retrieving the main user of the authenticated user; and an information management means 11 for managing the information related to the project on the basis of a retrieval result.
