<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit capable of accurately operating even if input timings of a voltage from multiple electric sources are different. <P>SOLUTION: The level shift circuit 10 outputting output signals of a high-voltage electric source in response to input signals of a low-voltage electric source has the following function. When supply of the low-voltage electric source is delayed more than supply of the high-voltage electric source, a power-only setting circuit 20 generates power-only setting signals PWR based on the high-voltage electric source.
