A radio bearer configuration method, device, and system. The method comprises: when a newly added slave-BS joins a base station (BS) group, acquiring, by a master-BS, radio resource information used for transferring signaling and allocated to a mobile station (MS) corresponding to a virtual cell by the newly added slave-BS; composing, by the master-BS, the radio resource information into a signaling data protocol unit used for carrying the radio resource information; and instructing, by the master-BS, the currently existing slave-BS in the BS group to transmit the signaling data protocol unit to the MS. |
