<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchanger of high heat exchanging efficiency and its manufacturing method capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted by arranging a first tube 11 having a recessed part on its surface, and a second tube 12 approximately orthogonally to each other, and the second tube 12 is buried in the recessed part 10 of the first tube 11. Thus the fluid inside of the first tube 11 can be disturbed without using another member, the heat exchanging efficiency of the second tube 12 is increased and the heat exchanging quantity can be increased without increasing the manufacturing cost.
