<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constituent that generates a hardened material which has excellent transparency, and hardly changes a color with time. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone resin constituent for a light emitting diode comprises (A) organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 10 mPa s or over represented by a compositional formula R<SB>n</SB>SiO<SB>(4-n)/2</SB>(1)(wherein, R is a monovalent hydrocarbon radical, an alkoxy radical, or a hydroxyl radical, 0.1 to 80 mole% of total R is an alkenyl radical, and 1≤n<2); (B) organohydrogen polysiloxane having a viscosity of 1,000 mPa s or lower represented by a compositional formula R'<SB>a</SB>H<SB>b</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b)/2</SB>(2)(wherein, R' is a monovalent hydrocarbon radical, 0.7≤a≤2.1, 0.002≤b≤1.0, and 0.8≤a+b≤2.6) and/or organohydrogensilane represented by a compositional formula R'<SB>c</SB>SiH<SB>(4-c)</SB>(3) (wherein, c is 1 or 2); (C) an addition reaction catalyst; (D) a silicide having one kind or more of radicals selected from an epoxide, an Si-H radical, an organooxysilane radical, and an alkenyl radical combined to silicon atoms; and (E) a liquid acid anhydride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
