<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is capable of layer-thinning a dielectric ceramic layer down to a thickness of the order of 1 μm and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is characterized in that this dielectric ceramic composition is expressed by the compositional formula: 100(Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>+aMnO+bCuO+cSiO<SB>2</SB>+ dRe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(wherein, coefficients of 100, a, b, c, and d represent molar ratios; and Re is at least one kind of element selected from Y, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb), and in that m, x, a, b, c and d in the above compositional formula satisfy respectively the following relationships: 0.990≤m≤1.030; 0.04≤x≤0.20; 0.01≤a≤5; 0.05≤b≤5; 0.2≤c≤8 ; and 0.05≤d≤2.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
