<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a new method for suppressing hydration phenomenon or crystallization growth when dispersion is prepared by wet-milling a 4-hydroxy-4'-isopropoxy diphenyl sulfone as a developer and further provide a thermosensitive recording body having a high whiteness and a high sensitivity and excellent in a shelf life without developing an abnormally high static sensitivity of a thermosensitive color developing layer employing with this dispersion. <P>SOLUTION: This 4-hydroxy-4'-isopropoxy diphenyl sulfone dispersion is obtained by wet-milling the 4-hydroxy-4'-isopropoxy diphenyl sulfone in the presence of at least one kind of compounds selected from the group consisting of hydroxy propyl methylcellulose, hydroxy ethyl methylcellulose, hydroxy ethylcellulose and methylcellulose and the wet-milling method is dealt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
