<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food comprising soy sauce having deodorant effects of eliminating odors of meat, fishes, etc., and variously usable even as a seasoning by mixing an emulsified food such as unsalted butter with a lemon fruit juice and the soy sauce and imparting a mellow flavor of the soy sauce thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The processed food is obtained by mixing the soy sauce with the lemon fruit juice and emulsified food.
